After setup, keep optimizing → Tips, Tricks, Trouble & FAQs — covers Sharing & permissions, Offline Mode for appointments, Mobile App setup, Backing Up Your Data, and working with the AI Agent.

Caregiver OS is a complete care coordination system built in Notion. It holds everything — the care team, medications, appointments, insurance, and a daily log — connected together so nothing falls through the cracks.
It works alone or with the AI agent, which can process voice notes and file them automatically into the right database.

How much do I need to fill in? Caregiver OS can hold a lot — medications, appointments, insurance, bills, advance directives, research, and more. But you don't need all of that to get started. The essentials take about 15 minutes. Everything else can be added whenever you're ready, one piece at a time.

Caring for more than one person? Each care recipient needs their own copy of Caregiver OS — duplicate the template once per person (e.g., "Mom — Caregiver OS" and "Dad — Caregiver OS"). If you're using the AI agent (Path B), create a separate agent for each copy and give each agent access only to its own Caregiver OS page tree. This keeps patient data completely isolated — one agent can never accidentally read or modify another patient's records. Never share a single agent across multiple patients.

If you are unsure which path to pick: start with Path A. You can switch to Path B anytime.
